ORIVIQ Shipping Policy

ORIVIQ products are made with care and shipped directly to our customers through our fulfillment partners.

Most items are made to order. Please allow time for production before your order ships.

Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 2–7 business days.

Shipping Time:
After production, most U.S. orders arrive within 3–8 business days after fulfillment. Delivery times may vary depending on location, product type, carrier delays, holidays, or high-volume order periods.

Free Shipping:
ORIVIQ offers free standard shipping on orders over $150. Orders below $150 may be charged standard shipping at checkout.

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address used at checkout.

ORIVIQ is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, incorrect addresses, or missed delivery attempts. Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order.

If your package appears lost, please contact us at support@oriviq.com within 30 days after the estimated delivery date so we can review the issue.
