How long does shipping take?

Most orders are processed within 2–7 business days before shipping. After processing, delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We offer free shipping on orders over $150.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States. More shipping locations may be added in the future.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders are sent into production quickly. If you need to cancel or change an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered production or shipped, we may not be able to make changes.

Do you accept returns?

Because many ORIVIQ items are made-to-order, we only accept returns or replacements for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged or wrong?

Please contact us with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and help with a replacement or solution.

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds may be issued for approved cases involving damaged, defective, or incorrect items. We do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse, wrong size selection, or incorrect shipping information entered at checkout.
