At ORIVIQ, every piece is made with intention. Many of our items are made to order, which means each order is created specifically for the customer after purchase.


Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, wrong size selection, color preference, or change of mind.


We will gladly help if your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect.


To report an issue, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@oriviq.com with your order number, full name, clear photos of the issue, and a short explanation of the problem.


After review, eligible claims may receive a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.


Items must be unworn, unused, and in the condition received unless the issue is a defect, damage, or print error.


ORIVIQ is not responsible for incorrect addresses entered at checkout. Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order.
